Operator and responsible party

Jupy Tools is an independent online service that provides free, browser-based utilities for working with Jupyter Notebooks. The service is run as a personal project, not by a registered company. The person responsible for the published content within the meaning of section 18(2) MStV (Germany) and equivalent media regulations in the European Union is the site operator and can be reached using the email addresses listed below.

We do not maintain a public postal address because we do not run a customer-facing office. Users who require a postal address for legitimate legal correspondence can request it by email and we will respond in writing.

Contact

The fastest way to reach us is by email. We monitor the inboxes during working hours in the operator's local time zone and reply to legitimate requests within a reasonable period.

Liability for content

We prepare the content on Jupy Tools with care and we keep the conversion pipelines under active maintenance. The service is, however, provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee that every page, conversion, or output is free of errors at all times.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on this website according to applicable national law. We are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our site, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect can only arise from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of any such violation we will remove the affected content immediately.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we welcome direct contact at the email addresses listed above.
