Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes the small number of cookies and similar browser-storage technologies that Jupy Tools uses, and how you can control them.

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Modern browsers also expose related storage APIs ("localStorage", "sessionStorage") which serve a similar purpose. Together they let a site remember information across page loads — for example, your preferred theme.

2. Categories of storage we use

We use the smallest possible set of browser storage to make the site usable. Specifically:

  • Strictly necessary (first-party): Theme preference (light/dark) and selected language, stored in localStorage on your device. Without these the site cannot remember your preferences. They are not transmitted to our servers.
  • Standard server logs: IP address, user-agent, and request metadata. These are not cookies, but are technically required for any website to operate. They are kept for a short period only.

3. Third-party advertising cookies

We may show advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. These third parties may set cookies and similar identifiers on your browser to:

  • Serve advertisements based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Limit how many times you see a given ad (frequency capping).
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertisements.
  • Detect and prevent ad fraud and abuse.

These third parties operate independently. We do not control their cookies. You can review Google's advertising practices and adjust personalized-advertising settings at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

4. How to control cookies

You can control cookies and storage in several ways:

Blocking strictly-necessary first-party storage will prevent the site from remembering your theme and language preferences, but the conversion tools will continue to work.

5. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. Where the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is legally recognized as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, we honor it for first-party processing under our control.

6. Changes to this policy

If we materially change which cookies we use, we will update this Cookie Policy and revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
