Notebook conversion is a best-effort transformation. The Jupyter Notebook format is rich and supports many edge cases, custom kernels, custom display data, and arbitrary HTML/JavaScript outputs. While our converters cover the common cases well, the output may differ in subtle ways from the source notebook.
